hy! i ll apply for M.S environmental studies, basically i want to ask how much money u have to make sure in your account, is 40,000 canadian $ are enough or not?? please guide me on whole financial issue in detail! how much money u actually need for this. thanks waiting for replies.

The fee depends on your university. And living costs also vary from provinces. So you need to mention which uni and state?

fees r different for different universities .......i will give u my example ...i am doing masters in concordia university fees 26k for the entire program ..so u will need 26/2+11=24k where 11k is 1 year living expense... ....so 40kwould be enough......so my guess is 40k should be enough for most universities

Do not think so.

You can do only 20 hrs / week of part time job.

Probably will make 200 - 220 $ / week

depending on the province u may or may not find parttime job quickly....it may take 1-2 months to find a parttime job...it is difficult to maintain ur grades while doing a parttime job.....parttime job will most likely only be good enough for paying ur living expenses and u will not be able to pay ur fees .

yes , you need to show the tution fees and the living cost for the duration to the visa officer
