My brother is currently studying int he 12th class. He is a bright student and has given SAT twice with good scores. He also secured more than 90% marks in 10th. He is planning to study B.E in Mechanical Engineering from a good institution in Canada. Which college/ university can he try for and what would be the average fees for him per year? I went through several university web sites and it was not very clear there.
