guys, our NOC (3111) last week was 48 and now it went to 63. We are planning on sending our application during the last week of October. Do you think we should worry?

thank you

thank you

Think you should submit your application as soon as possible and avoid delays.

yes thank you but it is not in our hands. our IELTS scores come out at around 21st of October, and we will submit the day after! We cannot do anything more, right?!

so your opinions people? how is our cap looking?

good luck

anyone without playing with words and expression his opinion clearly? it is not a game people

Can someone also explain to me why this table
http://www.canadavisa.com/total-number-of-federal-skilled-worker-applications-received-by-cic.html
shows them in this weird way?

63 for two months is not that fast compared to 3152 and 1122.

so i think your safe if you send your papers late October.

thank you! although we know no one can be sure about these things, it is good to have a second opinion.

Pls don't worry for at least a month.

thank you, in exactly 37 days we are sending our papers! do you know by the way if we are ok as soon as they receiver our application? I mean we need to be under the cap until they receive it right?

oh thank you! do we get a reply when they receive our application? and how long does it take to get there? I mean, yes ok it will take like a week by mail but do they confirm that they got it right away? i have no idea what happens right after we send it :)

I do not think so. They submit applcations in order of arrival. Once you receive the notice of file transfer to your VO, you are in. In other words, they might already have more than 500 applications but theu processed only 64 of them.

In your case, you have no choice other than waiting. So do not panic.

but as i read the cap is for "applications to consider to processing"! can someone clear this out for me?

is it the first 500 application they receive

or

the first 500 applications that are worth processing and go to the next round

or

they will only accept 500 applications that will BE accepted for immigration?

thanks!
