Credit goes to all seniors on this forum specially PMM & Qorax, the whole process took about 2 years as i have couple of objections which took some time to clear the case.

I haven't got chance to see the passports yet as they are collected by my friend in abu dhabi as i am in dubai on a training.

Regards

Shibleeb,

i don't think so they called my employer as my manager never told me about that... second part about objection,

1st objection - in order to proof funds i send bank certificate, later they requested send bank statements so i send 6 months statement (however 3 months is enough)

2nd objection - i did my bsc final year in UK and first two years in pakistan as i transfered my credits from institute which were not listed in canadian immigration list being approved by education comission of pakistan, so provided them proof that institute from where i did bsc's first two year is recognised by pakistani govt.

hope that will be helpful....

thanks

Mabrook Mr. Wajahat,

one question for you.... and your answer is much valuable to me..

how did you prove that the institute you had your first 2 years of your BCS is a recognized institute???

what kind of prove you have provided to the CIC in this regards...????

Please answer this is very important to me as well.....

CIC asked me the same thing for me and my wife,

I went to karachi and got a letter from KU and other places on registrar letterhead, on which they mentioned that the institute is accredited and recognized by the HEC, BUT i didnt get the copy of they HEC approval....

what do think? is that enough?

Please advice....

i sent them letter from ministry of education sindh stateing APIIT is registered with Sindh technical education board, plus on HEC website its name was listed as approved institute to offer degree in accrediation with uk university, so i printed that page as well and included. i didn't got any letter from dean apart from copy of certificate stating that APIIT is registered with sindh technical education board.

Check on HEC website if that institute is listed, if listed than make print of that page and send them that should be good enough as HEC is the spreme body when it comes to education in PK

Congrats Wajahat! Have a great life in Canada :)
