Guys,
I want to open a new topic for discussion for all those who stand at various stages of their file processing after submitting their file exactly 1 year ago.
As for me, My file was received by them on 21-sept-2012. I am waiting for MR. I have already paid my RPRF & also I have sent my completed biodata forms in the month of june which they asked for.
So guys, please kindly leave a comment about your stages in order to know where we all are despite the ongoing PAFSO strike

hang in there, sometimes it takes longer to complete the whole process. 12 month is the current processing times, but only 80% of cases are finalized within this period.
You can see my timeline on the left, when one year passed for me, I was still waiting for MR, or anything for that matter. And my MR and RPRF request came 15 month after I applied.
but I hope you'll have much better luck then me and will be receiving your MR soon.

lol at least you heard back something from them. Last time I heard anything from them was May 25 for an RCMP check. Every GCMS since then has been identical, so my file is sitting there somewhere...nothing we can do really. And there's plenty of us...

Edit: Say, Esbex, your NOC suggests you're a president/CEO or something. That's pretty badass. How'd you manage to pull that off?! I mean, under CEC, you either just graduated or you're a fresh immigrant. That's pretty impressive!

Did you bother CIC regarding your application? I know i would till they give me an answer for this delay.

Hang in there buddy.

I don't know about the others but I've sent a fair share of emails to which I've gotten no responses.

Lol...neither I am president nor I am CEO or something.. I am working for Fortune 100 company based in calgary. Currently, I am working on an assignment in India which will be completed by this december. I worked my a** off & the company is nice in supporting my PR application.

Its been a little over 13 months since I applied. I have completed my medical but waiting for the rest to come.

Thanks a lot brother. Its just with ongoing strike which amount to already stressed out system, I dont want my & my fellow others case files to be rotting there without any reason.

Today is my one-year anniversary for CIC receiving application and counting it as "app filed."

I've been in "Decision made" status for about ten days, but haven't gotten any mail or email since.

Still, this is the last step to landing! Very close now.
