this is email i got from CHC.

Your file has arrived from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore office. It is in the Paper Screening Stage. It will be grouped together with other files that were applied in the same period .Please wait to receive further instructions/info from this office.

My question is what is -It will be grouped together with other files that were applied in the same period ?/
will it be grouped together with 2007 files or it will be grouped with when singapore office received my file from kuala lumpur i.e jan 2012?
or my file will be suspended due to backlog pre 2008 case?

applied - aug 2007
letter with file number - sep 2007
online status - in process since oct 2007
1st letter - aug 2009( if intrested n no refund after this) (online shows in process)
2nd letter - sep 2011 (documents requested )(online shows in process)
documents submitted (deadline was dec 2011)- doc submitted on nov 2011(online shows in process)

They are grouping all the Pre FEB 2008 files and waiting for court case (class-action lawsuit) to finish once done will send our money back.. so more waiting for results or money back..

Pre Feb Applicants' files have not yet been dashed .
Officers are working on those files until a Court/Ministerial decision comes into effect.
afik, a hearing on the case is due to be held in September 2012
however, 20K applicants passed the SELDEC and they'd get their MR's.
