today competed deadline??wat next??help

hey everybody....
my husband applied from Mississauga on 28 Feb. sponsorship approved on 24 march 2011. file sent to new Delhi 5 April

1) I am getting very impatient..my ecas status is same as it was in may.. here it is
" your file is received on 5 April 2011
We started processing your file on 11 may 2011
medical has been received "
why there is a delay to update it??

2) I got ppr on 18 April 2011 and i sent them passport very next day to
" Canadian high commission
Immigration section,
7/8 shantipath chanakyapuri,
new Delhi

passports were received at new Delhi on 24 April 2011...

the address mentioned above is right??

3)suggest me what should i do...should i visit new Delhi???

4)And one more thing.. my husband paid landing fee after ppr... and along with the passports i sent them the scan copy of the receipt..
Was it ok??

paying the landing fee after application is submitted can add up to 2 mths delay to the process also New Dehli is processing files on avg at 6mths so if they started processing May your six mths has not come yet, sure there are people that get thru way faster than 6 mths but that is the avg it should not be much longer as long as background check is clear.

Yes 6 mths is nothing!!!!! I wish our was 17 mths lol
