If the application does not meet the seventh requirement:
• send the applicant a letter outlining what documentation is required;
• inform them that if they do not produce the required documents by a specific date their applications will be
assessed as submitted;
• create a file, but do not begin processing until all supporting documents, as defined above, have been submitted or the
deadline has passed.
