To Sponsor Parents but Mom had previous restoration refusal, PLS HELP

Hello Everyone,

So, I have received an invitation to sponsor my parents, however, my Mom had a record of restoration refusal last year.
Its for her visitor record extension which got refused and then her restoration.
She voluntarily went back home a week after we received the restoration refusal and she is still in my home country until now since then.

my question is, will our application to get her PR will be affected because of the previous restoration refusal?
