I have PR and I meet all requirements to sponsor my brother to bring him in Canada. My question is currently that I want to file the sponsorship application I'm single but in 6 months I want to get married. Does it affect my sponsorship application? As being single is one of the main requirements!

If you want to be successful in sponsoring your brother, you can't get married until your brother's application has been fully processed and his PR approved and granted.
To sponsor your brother you can't be married, in a common-law relationship, have any family in Canada, nor can your parents still be alive anywhere in the world.
These conditions need to met right up until your brothers app is approved and he lands as a PR.
