TO SENIORS: appealing after rejection

i have got a rejection letter for my FSW1 application on May

reason "my job duties are not significantly matching the ones in the NOC"

my noc was 4131.. now this noc is not available anymore...

therefore i want to appeal my old application because i dont see the reason i was rejected for is convincing

the question is, can i do so?

With in 60 days of your decision being made you can write a Re-consideration Request and can also attach relevant documents, for example a much more detailed Job Description etc. Waste no time and go for it asap.

Even if the period has passed, you should still try out your luck and write to them .. Something is better than nothing !! Below are the cases of other applicants who got rejected, please go through them for a better understanding..
