I have a question. I had applied for study permit for jan intake. but unfortunately It got rejected. So now I have applied for caips note. since my husband is now on deputation in UK I am planning to go der. So after I get the exact reason for refusal, I am planning to apply from there. So will it make any problem if i apply from UK? I willbe going for a short period say for 6 months, like my visa will be valid till october 2017. Please share your opinion.Thanks
