hi there. My spouse is a USA citizen and we are just starting to put together the package for his Outland application for PR to Canada. We have a lawyer but he never advised us there is no tax on Outland spousal sponsorships. Maybe I am mistaken? Has anyone got any knowledge on this? We are using jonathon jurmain at Jurmain law in Thorold, Ontario.
