Hi:

I have a question and liked to wrote it here to let everybody knows the answer id he has the same question in his mind.

You Mr.Qorax wrote in your thread " FSW-PR under " fast track" System: All you need to know":

" The process in a nutshel: e-case: " RBVO>Qualitative check + PSDEC> Issue of the 2nd AOR>Background check> Issue of additional doc request> Ist BF'D> E-case : in process > Send addnl doc> Issue od MED req........."

1. Now, when my e-case was RBVO, the must do the PSDEC as you said, but it's 0 in my CAIPS..... PLEASE EXPLAIN???

2. I found in my CAIPS : Paper file sent to PPS file BF'D to: PCL on 21-09-2010( which is already passed) and no other BF'D.....but any way, does that mean that they did my BACKGROUND CHECK as you said above???

3. What does that in process with the same RBVO in my way??? and what is happening with them in London???

Please Mr. Qorax forgive me, I know that I asked you a lot, but I am bored and know nothing about the way London is processing mt app.

Thank you a lot.

Dear first of all bfd is an estimate and it does not necessarily mean that your file will be opened and worked upon on or around bfd. vo knows the rest that why your file was not worked as it could be anything

Secondly in process and inside BVO means nothing so far as a few applicants shared their stat which shows that in process and inside rbvo is just an online status update with no significant update on file.
Qorax has may be something else to say but all we can do is make a close guess based on available info
good luck

I've replied to u elsewhere / or in your PM, I guess.

1. It's "0" 'coz, it hasn't been reflected yet on the CAIPS. They might have done it by now, after u fetched those notes.
2. Again, another BF'D might have been posted later, after your CAIPS was retrieved. Or, u haven't got the 'full report'.
3. It's just an e-Cas statement... suggesting u that your file is now with the VO & being 'worked-upon'. Nothing else.

As of now, your file is with your CHC & work is being done on it, aka B/ground Checks. It takes anything between 6-12 months to do that, usually... but might go longer based on the qualitative/quantitive documentation of your submission & the VO's perception of your case profile.

U should have patience... u've a long way to go, yet.
There could be ADRs, new Forms asked, Questionnaires etc. as part of the b/g checks.

My dear brother Qorax:

Thank you a lot for your reply, I always appreciate them.

When do you advise me to order CAIPS again???

Thank you.
