Hi guys:
I made a certified cheque when I sent my application from Saab bank which has a relation with HSBCE, Since I live in Saudi Arabia.
The problem is when I ask the bank to tell me If there in Canda has cashed the amount or not, they told me we can't provide this service.
So how could I be sure If the CIO has cashed or not??

Did you raise a bank draft from you bank and what the instruction to them?.
On the other hand,you will have to wait for 60-70days for responses from CIO.
If the payment is not proper,your full application package will be returned.
Normally bank should be able to ascertain when a draft is cash,however,it is too early.
