I have received the offer letter from icm college and have deposited the fee too........ As I am a minor child and going to be 17 soon. But the problem i am facing is not able to get the gaurdian ship from anyone in Winnipeg. Can i apply without gaurdian ship form and does it have any affect on my visa approval .
