To apply for work visa or green card of USA from PR status in Canada

Hello,

I and my family have Canadian PR at present.

I used to have H-1B and L-1 visa in the USA about 4 years ago, but expired.
Now, I'd like to go to USA one more time. Is there any benefit or can I take advantage of my PR status in order to obtain any work visa or green card of USA ?

No benefits for obtaining a green card or work permit. Once you are a Canadian citizen, you'll qualify for a TN visa (although you'll still need to find an employer).
