To apply for PGWP

Hi everyone.

My school will end this April and my study permit will expire this coming July, 2015. My husband's OWP just got apprroved so he will be coming to Canada by February. My question is when I apply for a PGWP without any job offer can my husband also apply for his SOWP based on my PGWP or do I really need to have a job offer?

u need a skilled job NOC 0,A,B for ur husband to get OWP if ur on pgwp.

So what if I don't have a job under skilled worker will he be sent home to the Philippines after his open work permit will expire?

He can certainly apply to stay in Canada as a visitor. However, as others have said, he can't apply for a SOWP until you have a full time job that is noc 0, a or b
