Hi,

Being a Canadian citizen and married to an international student who is in the USA on F1, is it possible to get TN visa to work in the USA. I also want to mention that once I have got withdrawal of application for admission for the USA.

My husband being there in the USA on F1 would create any issue in getting TN visa even if I have a job offer.

Any advice on this would be appreciated.

Thanks

I don't see why that could be an issue. You need proof of your Canadian citizenship and a valid US job offer.

Then you need to convince them to some extent that you plan on returning to Canada. They might probe this a bit your spouse being a student but even that is not a permanent status. So i wont worry too much.

At the border they might ask for proof that you still have a "home" in Canada. Other than that, as long as you qualify for the TN visa with an appropriate NAFTA job then you're good to go.
