Tips on Background check status

Hi Folks,
Based on your experience and received GCMS notes, let's share here your thoughts about the meaning of the different BG Check status movements and link them to the key dates (I mean before the final move to in progress after what the PPR is issued).
I do think that each time the BG Status changes, it means that they are working on our profile but for sure each time it moves to/from not needed/not started, it means a specific process is going on.
