I have been notified to submit travel documents in preparation for the issuance of a confirmation of permanent residence(COPR). I am the primary applicant and my husband is the dependent. I am in India and my husband is currently on a project in Saudi.There is a constraint on my husband's Saudi visa that the duration of stay should not exceed 30 days.Hence he would need the passport back in time to exit Saudi and also he cannot stay in India for more than two days in a month because of his project commitments.
Can someone please help me how to proceed under these circumstances.
Would it be possible for me to send my passport to India visa office and my husband to send his passport to Riyadh visa application center? How long does it typically take to get the passport back once you send it ?

I got the email from CPCO-FinalRequest / CTDO-DemandeFinale (CIC) <IRCC.CPCO-FinalRequest-CTDO-DemandeFinale.IRCC@cic.gc.ca> . Should tthe mail be written to this ID from where ii got the PPR or should it be addressed to some other ID ?
