Hello,

Assuming I have a PGWP for 1 year, what if the requirement to apply for a PNP is to be employed for 1 year and I was only hired AFTER several months upon the issuance of my PGWP?

This would mean that by the time my PGWP expires, I will have less than 1 year experience to apply for a CEC or PNP.

Will a bridging work permit apply in this case?
When exactly can I send my application for PNP?

no bridging work permit is for people who have already applied for PR and waiting for it and their work permit is expiring. u cannot apply for that type of PR if u have not completed 1 year of employment as u cannot extend ur PGWP.
u can send u application exactly when 1 year of employment is complete under that particular PNP or u will have to find another PR program .
 
I thought so.

So that's the disadvantage of 1 year programs... unless the PNP requires 6 months.
