I thought my medicals (Urinalysis) will give me a problem because I have protein and blood, but after all it went thru without a Redo. I have my whole process taken care by Mr.Cohen and this is my email from his office.. I just wondering how long will take to get my passport stamped and the validity of the visa before landing once I receive my passport back from the consulate...thank you everyone for the help here and wish everyone a fast process.

I am writing to inform you that we have received communication from the visa office, which is attached herewith for your reference. In the same they have requested that you submit your passports to the visa office for visa issuance. Congratulations!

The following must be submitted to the visa office in New York by May 31, 2012: Photos..etc

Also I would like to share my timeline to anyone needed from Skilled Worker Category

We received your application for permanent residence on January 13, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on March 5, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the New York office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the New York office on March 10, 2010. The New York office may contact you.

We transferred your application to the New York office on October 19, 2011. The New York office may contact you.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on October 28, 2011.

Medical results have been received.
 
I want to give an update to my case...finally is done!!

Received email from David Cohen Office on May 2, 2012 regarding previous post above.
Mailed all passports for stamp on May 10, 2012 Priority 2-3 could had been faster but no hurry with a Pre-Paid Express Mail.
New York, NY Embassy received package on May 14 and Issued CoPR on May 16, 2012
Package delivered on May 16, 2012 Express Mail...wow same day!!!
Received it on May 17, 2012, open the package and looked the passport with no stamp and I thought I missed something, i was getting nervous. After going thru papers I forgot that all passports are from Visa Exempt Country but a big form IMM5292 with a CoPR with validity until Feb 2013

I can't believe this was way super fast to get everything back. Once again to everyone who read and post, I want you to say...Patience, time will come for those who has been waiting and good luck to everyone. Thank you all for the information who have provided to this forum. Let's the packing begins, hopefully I land by the end of the year.

I am still waiting for passport request/PPR letter and enjoying pain theraphy as of now :D
