Timing of PR Card

I'm planning to do landing for two weeks and come back to my home conutry after two weeks, can I get the PR card within two weeks?

I don't think so! (unfortunately).

But at the time of landing... you may give the officer
an address of your friend or relative in Canada.

CIC will send the PR cards (you and your family) to that address.

and it takes around 30 days (or little bit more/less) to receive them.

If you give someone else's address, and the officer knows you will not be living there, they will not send the card there. They will instead give you a form to send to them after you have your own address and they will then mail out the PR card for you.
