Timelines for PR cases applied from within Pakistan?

Hi,

Is there some forum post here where people have posted their timelines of PR application process so that we all can get an idea how long its usually taking at the moment for complete application process.

My friend applied from Karachi almost a year a ago he received a letter of approval that his Canadian application has been approved but since then he never heard back .

if other people can share data that what date they applied , what date they receive their first letter etc that can really help everyone to get a clear idea. thanskalot

Your question is far too vague to answer. It depends on how you applied for PR. Canada has many different immigration streams each with different processing times.
