Timeline for PGP after medicals received

My status changed to received sometime in July and I've not gotten anything ever since then.

Received: May 2011
Processing: May 2016
Medicals Request: July 2016
Medicals received: July 2016

Can anyone share how long it took to change from medicals received to PPR? I'm hanging right now as my work permit is about to expire.

Is this within timelines? I've read that people get their PPR 1 month after medicals.

Just to add to my comment above, make sure you apply to change your status to visitor before your work permit expires so that you can remain in Canada legally while you wait for the PR application to be completed.
