Timeline for CSE to respond for cancelled application

I sent CSE on May 31 for request to re open my application with additional documents.
To those file who was successfully re opened after being cancelled please share your inputs. I have no idea how long does CIC response to CSE or sometimes they don't respond at all

From what I remember seeing on the forum from others who raised CSE, most seem to wait at least 3-4 weeks for a reply.

I hope you are aware that applications are usually only reopened if the mistake was on the part of IRCC and not on your part. In that case, your chances of having your application reopned would be fairly small and you might be better off creating a new profile and getting another ITA, assuming your points are still high enough going forward.
