Timeframe for next ITA

Hi,

I have received my ITA but some incorrect information was captured on my EE profile due to which i have to decline ITA. So after how much time i will get next ITA with CRS 462? Will i eligible for next cut off or is there any timeframe after which i will be eligible for ITA?

Please suggest.
