hello,
i got my immigration acceptance and i did the first entry to canada but i have had to go to complete my work's contract before i move totally to canada. my question is there a time limit to move totally to canada otherwise my immigration will be cancelled? i mean can i stay outside canada for 1 year to finish my work contract before moving totally to canada? or maybe i should not stay outside canada more than 6 months for example.

thank you in advance

If you have gained permanent residency, you may stay outside Canada for up to 1094 days in your first 5 years as a PR or any rolling 5 year period after that. It is therefore not a problem if you stay outside for one year to finish your contract.
