Time to get passport back after PR counterfoil

Hi,

Counterfoil was created in IRCC account on 14 Aug for PR. Return tracking not activated yet. How long does it usually take to get the passport and for tracking to be activated? I am in US and sent passport to Ottawa.

Have you gotten your passport back, and how soon did the return tracking activate after the counterfoil creation? I'm in a similar situation and would appreciate your insights.
