I have applied for Canada PR under FSW ( NOC 2174) on June 11th 2013.
Till now I haven't received any communication from CIC which means my application won't get processed this year ( cap already reached 300 as per the data published in CIC website).
However I am willing to apply under CEC category. As per the new rule published in CIC website I can only be able to apply under CEC on or before 30th Sep 2013 (under clause- 12 months of Canadian exp in last 36 months).
Now as I have already applied under FSW I don't have my original IELTS score card with me till now. I have contacted British Council to get another original score card. However they have rejected my application as they won't be able to send the score card to any individual, they can only be able to send it to CIC directly.
I have no choice but to wait for returning the package back from CIC so that I can take the IELTS score card from there and apply for CEC.
Any information how long it takes to reach the package back from CIC?
