Time to be taken

Pls advice

I have sent my documents to CHC on 16 JUly & were received on 17 July as delivery status shown by the courier company.Pls advice how i would know that my file is being processed by CHC . Do they provide file no & how much time is taken by them.
What would be the next stage in this process ?
