Time required to receive an AOR

Hi Seniors,

I sent my PNP application package to CIC Sydney office via a tracking post. The package
was received by CIC on Oct.1. Approximately, how long they take to provide an AOR? It was a paper
based application for AINP.

It seems in your case the AOR was received in a month after they received it. Is 3 months an average timeline? Please advise.
