Hi,
I would be thankful if someone can help clarify the solution in my situation below.
I currently live in Europe and already have Canadian tourist visa.
I recently got an ITA, and once my PR is approved I and my family members will get visa to travel to Canada.
I would like to travel with whole family to get PR card and come back to Europe, then later move to Canada (once I secure a job in Canada).
The issue is I can only stay in Canada maximum 1 month because kids have to go to school in Europe.
- Is it possible to apply for PR card for each family member then only me go back to Canada to pick up the cards?
- Do I need apartment rental contract to apply for PR card?
- Any expected issues?

1. You apply for PR card when you enter Canada as a PR first time. It usually takes a couple of months to receive it by mail in Canada. Someone can get it and send it to you by mail to Europe.
2. Any address will do except for PO Box.
3. In very rare cases IRCC may ask you to come and pick up the card in person.

Pick up the cards from where ?

You give an address in Canada to where they will be sent
As mentioned, no PO Boxes allowed
