time required for visa

I have send medical and passport on 10th Feb 2013 in visa office but now i realized that the photos of my son in passport is about to be three years just 26 days remaining does it create any problem??
They have not acknowledge about medical and passport received, nor there is any changes in online status Don't visa office acknowledge about received documents
How many days does it takes to get final decision now?
The consulate office of canada in Lazimpat, Nepal is saying that they now not receiving documents, Where do we collect our passports?? I have given the my post box no do they sent there??

As I said it usually is 30-45 days for New Delhi visa office. Not sure about Nepal. I dont see a problem with the photographs being 3 year old in a month, should be fine. Be patient and wait. They do not acknowledge receipt of documents, but your ecas would sometime show meds received and then decision made. Good luck.

It will depend in which category you fall. There are 3 at the moment MI1, MI2 & MI3

MI2 is after 26th June 2010
MI3 is 2012 applicants
I sent my Passports, Visa fees & Medicals in july 2012, Its been more then 7months now still waiting for passports to come back with visa.
So now tell us when did you apply for immigration, when u got medical request. Then I can tell you how much time it might take.
