Time of day for Email from CPC Ottawa VO

Hi,

I got my PPR email from the CPC Ottawa Visa Office at 10:06 PM EST. Was wondering if everyone could share the Time of Day WITH Timezone, when they received ALL their email correspondence from CPC Ottawa, so as to understand if there is a pattern to their automatic system that sends out these notifications.
