I applied pr on May 28 but still till now I didn’t received my file number, how long it will take to get file number can any one knows how long it will take to get file number!

Have you tried linking your paper application with your online cic account? Because I didn't get my file number and AOR until I successfully linked it.

Some one applied on July 2018 they got file number already but I applied on May 2018 still I didn’t got any email or file number, is that normal ?

You can call immigration and provide your UCI number & they can find your application even if they haven’t sent you AOR yet.
