i just got approved for PR through H & C,
the same day that letter arrived at my lawyers, the request for medicals was sent

i did the medical last week, and have sent the police record check to my home country even though i am here for nearly 3 years.

any notion of the time line to PR now?

There are no fixed timelines just as long as it takes. Hopefully, it won't be that long.
