time line for visa stamping --NEw delhi CHC

Hi,

I submitted my file on 15th aug 2012 for spouse PR.On 13 june i received a phone call from CHC, According to that call as my medical is getting expired on 8th august i was asked to send my passport for further process.I sent it on the same day and CHC received it on 17th june 2013 can any one say how log it will take to get my passport back

strike is rotational and people are working in NDVO so hope for the best.
