Time line for landing in Canada

Hello experts,
(1) Please let me know the timeline to land in Canada for Sponsored spouse after getting landing papers.
My husband is in Dubai.
CIC, AbuDhabi has sent him questions regarding my stay in Canada.
I am living and working in Canada for over 2 years.
Everything seems to be okay so far.

In the question, they have asked when he will leave UAE mm/yyyy.
He cannot give month and year since he is not having landing papers.
(2) What answer he should give?

Write the nearest date i.e. 1 or 2 months.
CIC is now asking Gulf applicants to tender resignations and get exit papers from the Country before the the COPR is issued.

I wish, I had an answer. Lately, it has been noticed that CIC is taking months & months to send a PPR. So a simple answer to this could be that from few weeks to many months ( depending upon the VO and low travel history ).
