time interval for NER

if unfortuanilty one get NER the time between sending file and receving NER around one month or more because i heared that the time beween sending file and getting PER become only one month is this applicable to NER ALSO PLEASE ANSWER ME

so does that mean NER can take 2-7 days? some people have stated it took months! but I guess that is because people have not updated correctly?
