Time gap in express entry form

Hey,
I got my ITA on 10the july, the form on the website is asking for personal detatils, I have some doubts regarding them:
1. I have one year study gap (viz.2014-2015); I did a part time teaching job; should I mention it or leave it as unemployed as I was in another state and I think they might ask me for a police clearence of that time too.
2. I have 6 moths gap before starting my job: I was working in a college on contract but they have refused to give me any written confirmation of that; should I mention it or fill it as unemployed?

If you say you were unemployed while you were in fact working, that's called lying. And an immigration application is the last place you want to tell lies
