Time for submission after ITA, 60 or 90 days?

Good evening,

I received the ITA under CEC, ITA states that it is valid for 60 days but just below it is written that I should submit the application before 8/14/20 which makes it 90 days. Also in the CIC account, it still says days to submit the application 34.

Does anyone have an idea about this or have had the same experience?

Its 60 days. If anything stuck due to covide thn that can be done in 90 days. Like biometric or pcc ect.
Rest all docs has to be submitted in 60 days
