Time for PR card after RQ for permanent residence

Hi Everyone
I applied for permanent resident card renewal May 2013. Got an RQ February 2014.
I will be submitting my papers by April 1, 2014
Does anyone have experience with the time frame within which they will give the PR card.
m brother is getting married in India in september and I have to be there

Get a US visa and return to Canada via a land border on foot or other non commercial vehicle.

The title on the page is "Questionnaireetermination of Permanent Resident Status"
IMM 5511. NOt sure if this is the same as citizenship one.

have you been present in canada physicly for at least 730 days duraig the last five year ?

I have been present for 830 days when i signed my application. Now it is 1222 days

Did you receive the RQ from Sydney office or from local office.

Was your application sent to local office, if so when?

If you have a CIT 0171 (OCT 2013) mark at the footer of the RQ document, it is for 'citizenship'.

Reading through this forum, you may already know that it is not required to have a PR card valid for travelling into Canada through a private vehicle or on foot. Hope this answers.

he did not get the form wich concerns the citizenship application, this form is issued by Sydeny to ensure that the applicant meet the residence obligation , then they can send the card, or he will be called to local office for an interview,
