Time for E-CAS Activation?

Hi all, just a quick E-CAS question. I have gotten stage 1 AOR and Sponsorship Approval. I received the applicant's UCI on the AOR letter, but to date the E-CAS service still does not work. It has been 10 days since the date on the AOR letter. Other posts say that it takes about 5 days to get the E-CAS active.

What do you think, am I still good with it being 10 days and still not being active, or should I try and get hold of someone?

Have you tried logging in with the File number?

the UCI on the Sponsorship AOR/approval is the # for the sponsor not the applicant. The applicant receives their own Client ID later, but logging in with either will show the same information. Try logging in with the sponsor's information and if that doesn't work, then you could CIC and ask them what's up.

Yes, I've tried the file number, and with both the sponsor's and the applicant's details. No joy with either. I'll give it another week and then give someone a call. Thanks for the feedback.

Seems like it can also depend on your computer and browser when you put in ur birth date. Even though it says YYY-MM-DD, try different combinations like YYYY/MM/DD or YYYY-DD-MM, or YYYY/DD/MM
