Hi everyone,

I paid my RPRF in August and made a typo in the CPCM-EXTCOM email address when I sent the receipt. I just recently discovered this and I resent it to the correct email address two days ago. This delayed our application by over 2 months!!

I'd like to ask how long it normally takes them to send this confirmation to a foreign VO (Beijing). Will they respond to my email when it is confirmed, or should I keep calling the call centre and checking its status?

Also, there is no need to send the receipt by mail, correct? When I made the payment it said there is no need to send it by mail if it was paid online.

I don't think that they will respond to your email once they've received it, I wouldn't count on it.
If you've sent the receipt by email, no need to send it by snail mail.

You should send the copy to Beijing VO, stating your file number, name etc. Explain that you have sent the receipt to Mississauga but you would like them to be aware as well, so it will save a little time.
