Time duration for passport submission after medical accepted

Hi,

My wife PR process medical test were submitted on August 21, 2017. It is 3 months completed, till now there is response from CIC for passport submission.

I know that on CIC website it is mentioned, it takes almost 3 months to complete the process after medical submission.However CIC does not take so long for passport submission.

I don't know what is happening. Please anyone clarify my question.

The target is to complete most applications within 12m. If it's been less than 12m since you applied, which it sounds like it has, you are still within processing times.

These vary based on application and visa office. No one can tell you how long it will be.

Our medicals were submitted 7 months ago and we're still waiting...it really just depends.
