Time between CC or DD charged to PER

What would be the time frame between the fees charged to receiving PER. Also does the fee charge means that PER will be received for sure ? I am a Delhi VO applicant.

As per spreadsheet the time from uy CC is charged and PER is granted is around 2 weeks.

Yes, if CIC charged your fee - u r considered to be eligible.

CC being charged does not guarantee that you'll receive PER.
Usualy, the problem is job performance letter - their opinion is that job duties doesn't fit within NOC.
