Wondering if anyone else ran into this issue i looked a online and sounds like they are the same thing just the older computers only have a max of 3 character .xxx so the newer programs save as a .TIFF. I am not much a computer guy but am hoping I can submit the scans in a .TIF format? Has anyone ran into issues submitting a .TIF document
