Ties To Home Country - TRV

Hi,

If I have a financial loan on-going, say of INR 5,00,000, then is it considered as a liability? And can it be counted as a Tie to home country? If not, does mentioning it have some adverse effect on the application?

Also, everyone from my family, i.e. both mine and that of in-laws is in India only except my husband, who is in Canada as a worker. So will mentioning that all my family here in India show strong ties?
